BLEND : Sémillon : 60%. Sauvignon Blanc : 40%.

TASTING : Nice pale yellow color with bright green reflection. The grace and elegance of white fruits, combining peach and quince with a light exotic tone and acacia petals notes. The flesh spreads around the palate with a mouthwatering, full and intense taste. The finish is elegant, harmonious, and perfectly balanced.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : Between 14 and 15°C.  AGEING : 6-10 years

FINE DINING : This wine will wonderfully accompany a turbot fillet marinated in lime and basil, with asparagus sautéed in olive oil.
