One land, one identity
Located on the right bank of the Garonne, the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation benefits from an exceptional hillside terroir.
Planted on sun-drenched clay-limestone slopes, our vines enjoy an ideal natural environment to produce wines of great elegance.
A unique microclimate
The natural conditions around the estate play an essential role:
- The slopes ensure natural drainage and optimal sun exposure.
- Warm days are tempered by the cool breezes from the Garonne, promoting a slow and balanced ripening of the grapes.
- The surrounding forests protect the vineyard and contribute to essential biodiversity.
This microclimate, combined with the diversity of soils, gives our grapes great aromatic precision and beautiful depth.
Elegant and deep
On these hillsides, the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc grape varieties express all their finesse. The terroir brings:
- an intense fruitiness
- silky tannins
- natural freshness thanks to the influence of the river
Unique and Bright
The designation also allows for the expression of dry whites of great purity, made from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The slopes and the climate offer:
- a beautiful freshness
- a vibrant aroma - citrus and white flowers
- a delicate minerality that defines our identity
