An architecture designed for wine
In 2021, we made the choice to build a new winery, entirely designed around a simple yet fundamental principle: to respect the grape and the wine at every stage of their transformation.

Gravity-flow vinification
Designed by TAAD, this building was envisioned as a natural extension of the landscape, harmoniously integrating with the lines of the estate. Its contemporary architecture, understated and functional, serves a single purpose: to support levin with gentleness and precision. This project was born from a strong conviction: quality lies in the details, and every gesture matters.
The Gravity
A gravitational wine system is based on a simple idea: to let the wine flow naturally, without pumping, solely through the force of gravity.
Unlike traditional systems, where the grapes and wine are moved mechanically, this approach helps preserve the integrity of the berries, the finesse of the juices, and the natural structure of the tannins.
Here, nothing is rushed. Everything is fluid.
We chose gravity for one essential reason: it respects the living.
This method allows for:
- a gentler extraction
- less stress for the grapes
- better aromatic precision
- smoother textures
- a purer expression of the terroir.
It fits perfectly within our low-intervention philosophy, where we support the wine rather than constrain it.
Our chai is not a technological symbol: it is a precision tool.
Each level is designed to correspond to a stage of winemaking, allowing work by plot, by grape variety, and sometimes even by micro-lots.
This organization offers us a rare freedom: the ability to adjust, observe, understand, and reveal every nuance.
In Bordeaux, tradition is strong. But it has always known how to evolve.
With this winery, we wanted to place our estate in a continuity: to respect the heritage while interpreting it with contemporary tools.
This winery is not a break. It is an evolution.
It embodies our desire to produce precise, elegant, and sincere wines - allowing the terroir to express itself with as few interferences as possible.
