Created on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, La Chaîne is a special cuvée from the 2016 vintage, one of the finest years of the last decade in Bordeaux. This commemorative edition celebrates a collaboration centered around gastronomy, sharing, and excellence.

Made from a blend of 60% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Cabernet Franc, this wine expresses all the generosity and balance characteristic of the Bordeaux terroir.

In the glass, it reveals a deep garnet color. The nose opens with fruity aromas of prunes, blackcurrant, and violet, accompanied by a hint of pepper and a delicate touch of chocolate, giving it a beautiful originality. On the palate, the texture is ample and indulgent, with notes of small, crunchy, juicy berries reminiscent of freshly picked fruits. The finish extends elegantly, supported by silky, well-rounded tannins.

Served between 16 and 17 °C, La Chaîne will pair perfectly with roasted duck breast glazed with spiced honey, creamy mashed potatoes, or dishes inspired by the great gastronomic tradition.
