TASTING: The wine displays a pomegranate hue of remarkable depth and absolute clarity. It presents a mineral, fruity, and powerful aroma on the nose. The palate is expansive and indulgent, boasting a perfectly structured profile with subtle notes of licorice intermingling with exceptionally ripe and stewed fruits. The finish is mineral and exceptionally long.

SERVICE: Between 16 and 17°C. AGING: 20 years.

GASTRONOMY: One can imagine this wine elevating a roasted venison haunch served with seasoned vegetables and a grand veneur sauce.
