TASTING : Beautiful deep pomegranate color, sparkly. The bouquet offers a great finesse with notes of black cherries, mocha, sandalwood and mushrooms. The wine is elegant and velvety at first but then shows its beautiful tannic structure. The finish has balsamic, mineral and hot stones notes. The controlled barrel ageing brings the complexity.
SERVING TEMPERATURE : Between 16 and 17°C. AGEING : 15 years
FINE DINING : This wine will go perfectly with beef ribs marinated with thyme and rosemary and some sweet potatoes on the side.
