* Wodden case packaging for all click&collect and local delivery orders, as well as for shipments in France from 30 bottles. The packaging will be in carton boxes for shipments of 6 to 24 bottles.

BLEND : Merlot : 60%. Cabernet Sauvignon : 25%. Cabernet Franc : 15%.

TASTING : Beautiful intense pomegranate color with purplish reflections. The nose is fine and harmonious with intense scents of blueberry, elegantly toasted, which is prominent but leaves room for fruitiness. Delicate on the palate, velvety ripe Merlot with flavors cinnamon, bitter cocoa, blackberries coated by strong and dense tannins. Long finish. A very flattering Grand Vin today, and will gain even more complexity over time.

SERVING TEMPERATURE : Between 16 and 17°C.  AGEING : 18 years

FINE DINING : This wine will go perfectly with a beef steak with shallots, eggplants and candied tomatoes.
